Our PAC group is a vital part of our school, serving as the primary voice of the parents. They meet monthly to discuss issues, ideas, or general concerns pertaining to our school. Meetings usually take place on the first Monday of each month. Additionally, the PAC plays a crucial role in planning special events such as the Christmas Craft Fair, Book Fair, hot lunch days, and funding special initiatives and projects at the school.
Arrow Heights PAC aims to support the learning of our students while fostering success and pride in our school and community. All AHE parents/guardians are strongly encouraged to become involved with our PAC. It’s important to note that you don’t have to be on the executive team to attend PAC meetings; all AHE parents and guardians are considered part of the PAC. We invite you to come out and help us continue to make AHE a great place to be!
If you’re interested in contributing your energy and skills to the AHE PAC, please consider attending a meeting or contacting them via email at pacarrowheights@gmail.com.
About Our PAC
What is the PAC and what does it do? Where and when does it meet?
- The PAC meets once the first day of most months at 6:30 pm in the AHE Library (with Mrs. Mair and a teacher representative in attendance) to conduct business and plan school events. Dates are set out in the school calendar. Child care is also provided!
- The PAC’s purpose is to advise on parents’ views regarding school, communicate with parents and promote cooperation between home and school, assist parents in accessing the system, organize activities and events, and promote parental and community involvement.
Who is the PAC?
All parents, guardians, and caregivers of students registered at AHE are voting members of the PAC.
